Terms of Service
Photography: All efforts have been made to accurately photograph the finishes and colors of products. Slight variances can sometimes occur between the photographic representation and the actual product. Please keep in mind that everything is handmade and glazes/ colors may vary.
Pricing: Prices may be subject to change without notice. If you are a retailer, please email us to request a current line sheet.
Shipping: All shipments will be made via the carrier of our choice. All shipments are shipped from our studio in Brooklyn, NY. International customers are responsible for all customs and duty fees that are incurred during transit. Orders can be shipped via expedited service, however, there is an additional surcharge for this service.
Product Return Policy: If you are not 100% happy with your order, you can return the product within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or store credit. Please contact us to let us know before shipping anything back and all returns but ship with tracking. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee.
Workshop Cancellation: If you are unable to attend a workshop you signed up for you will receive a full refund if 30 days prior notice is given. A 50% refund will be given if you cancel less than a month before. If we are able to fill your spot in the workshop with someone you will receive a full refund, this is not a guarantee but we will reach out to everyone on the wait list to see if anyone is able to fill your spot for that particular date.
Product Availability: Franca does not guarantee the availability of any item and reserves the right to discontinue or change products at any time.
Lead Times: If the product is in stock it will ship within 2-4 business days, if the product needs to be made it will ship within 10 business days.
Custom Orders: All special orders and items made to order are non-refundable once the order is placed.
Collaborations: We love to work with other designers/artists/makers, if you have an idea that you want to share with us, please feel free to get in touch.
Order Cancellations: Cancellations to an online order must be made within 24 hours from when it was originally placed. Most of our products are non-stock items and are put into production immediately after orders are placed.
Damaged Goods: We carefully package and check each order before it ships out. Please examine your order upon arrival for any damage that may have occurred during shipping. All damage claims must be made in writing within 7 days of receipt of goods. Replacement products will be sent out as soon as possible.
Care and Maintenance: All ceramic products are dishwasher safe, please take extreme caution if microwaving as pieces will become very hot. If you believe your piece may be defective or damaged please contact us at info@fracnanyc.com
