We ship orders directly from our Brooklyn, NY studio via UPS Ground or Fedex Ground.

Please note that international shipping is currently unavailable on our webshop, and we apologize for any inconvenience. If you are located outside of the US and wish to place an order please email us directly at sales@francanyc.com

Most of our products are made to order, with a 2-week lead time before shipment, unless they are already in stock. Once your order is on its way, we'll provide you with tracking information so you can keep tabs on its progress.

Returns & Exchanges:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return the product within 14 days of receiving it for a full refund or store credit.

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us before shipping the item back. Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees.’
